Venue Rental

We offer our beautiful space not only for wedding receptions, but also for birthday parties, class reunions, dinner functions, bridal showers, baby showers and almost any other event you can think of. ​​​​

Our waterfront location is scenic and offers serene views with gorgeous sunsets. Enjoy your special event with the spectacular views that our River Deck provides!

With a wooden ceiling, bamboo floor and neutral colors, our venue lends itself perfectly to be decorated or use as is, in its own beauty. You can decorate as you please, as long as you don’t damage anything, and all decorations are removed at the end of your event.

Our modern and light great room can also host your corporate  meetings, dinner functions, and luncheons up to 100 guests. Based on your needs and number of participants, we can provide setups in U-shape, classroom or boardroom.

During daytime breaks, participants can take a leisurely stroll on the 2-mile stretch beach right in front of The Inn. We also have a driving range if your company wants to include some outdoor activities. In addition to our driving range, we have a large side yard and backyard with beach. Our yard and grounds lend themselves perfectly for a leisurely stroll or backyard games.


The 4-hour venue rental fee for a daytime Baby or Bridal shower or Luncheon for up to 40 guests, is $575 and $7.50pp for additional guests.

For an Evening Celebration, like a birthday party or retirement party, rental starts at $720 for a 4-hour rental for up to 40 guests and $10pp for additional guests (all prices + NJ sales tax).

If you work with one of our caterers and they provide a server, or you hire an event attendant via The Inn, the venue rental will be lowered by $125.

Our Preferred Vendors

You can work with a caterer, bring your own food or a combination of the two. Some caterers provide linen in their packages, or you can rent the linens via us. Ask for linen rental pricing!
